Terms Of Service

1. Limited amount of revisions allowed, after too many revision requests a 10% charge of the total commission price will be added for every revision after. To avoid these extra charges please thoroughly review the WIP updates I send!2. Credits are required, please credit my X/Twitter username and/or website @nelaire, https://x.com/nelaire.3. Once you agree to the commission, I am allowed to showcase this work on my portfolio and Twitter. (Debut models can be requested to be kept private until you debut at no extra cost)4. In case of cancellation when no work has been done, you will be fully refunded. In case of cancellation after I've started working on the commission, I get to keep 50%. If cancellation happens from my side, you will be refunded fully. In all cancellation cases the files will be disposed of afterwards.5. I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.6. Don't claim my work as your own.7. When you commission me, you automatically agree to the TOS written here.8. Payment is done upfront through PayPal only, commission will not be started on until the payment has been made.9. You will have full rights to the finished model for personal use (includes streaming and such).10. For commercial rights it's an extra 100% charge.11. TOS is subject to changes at any time.12.
